The case for Israel: documentary viewed in North Woodmere

Over 75 people came to Temple Hillel in North Woodmere Wednesday to view “The Case for Israel,” a documentary with Alan Dershowitz presenting a defense of Israel, her basic right to exist, to protect her citizens from terrorism and to protect her borders from hostile enemies. Rabbi Steven Graber introduced the event. Avi Posnick, Outreach Coordinator for the StandWithUs Israel advocacy organization, led a discussion following the film. He spoke about what audience members could do to become more involved. StandWithUs has been helping to screen the film in communities and college campuses across the country.
