Despite rained-out concert, group stands for Jerusalem

Outside the Saffra Synagogue, former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton spoke with Yoni Kempinski of Arutz 7. Bolton compared the BDS movement to the anti-Semitic U.N. Resolution of “Zionism Equals Racism,” which he helped strike down after 16 years, and reiterated the dangers of the pact with Iran. Other speakers included Odeleya Jacobs, concert media coordinator (at left), philanthropist Ken Abramowitz (third from right) and Rabbi Dr. Abadie (at left), along with Drs. Brody (second from left) and Frager (second from right).
The 23rd annual Israel Day Concert in Central Park was cancelled on Sunday due to looming threats of thunder and lightning.
To keep alive the concert’s messages — including the perpetual unity of Jerusalem — organizers quickly arranged with Rabbi Dr. Eli Abadie to utilize the nearby Saffra Synagogue, bring in from the rain sounds of hope and unity for Jerusalem and Israel.
