Shulamith aids Chayalei Tzahal

Students at the Shulamith Middle Division presented Rabbi Ari Fuld of Standing Together with $300 raised through the sale of solidary bracelets and Purim greeting cards written completely in Ivrit.

Rabbi described his grandmother’s experiences in the Holocaust and how she helped others survive by smuggling food to them, his making aliyah and serving in the IDF for 23 years, and of his friend’s death in battle and his own narrow escape. Standing Together supports chayalim, especially lone soldiers, with acts of chessed on or close to the front lines.

The Solidarity Committee is led by Adina Fiber, Leah Kramer, Shana Naumberg and Sara Kraus.
