HANC’s k’garten visits the LICM

Posted

Kindergarten students at HANC’s Samuel & Elizabeth Bass Golding Elementary School, in West Hempstead, had a wonderful trip to the Long Island Children’s Museum.

The students explored a room full of circular objects and built a semi circle bridge they could stand on; they had a soapy, bubbly blast in the Bubble Room, where the students were able to go inside a giant bubble. They also had a great time building towers with special keva planks; some of the towers were even taller than they were! One of the students’ favorite activities of the day was seeing and petting different types of animals, including Franklin the turtle.

It was a great day for the students at HANC 609!
