HANC’s 5th grade toy drive

The Fifth Grade girls in Morah Jacobs’ class at HANC Samuel & Elizabeth Bass Golding Elementary School, in West Hempstead, did a fantastic job coordinating the annual Ohel Chanukah Toy Drive! 

They made announcements, put up flyers and went into classrooms to remind all the students about the campaign and the importance of thinking about children who are in need. The girls did such a good job encouraging students to participate that the toy drive boxes were overflowing and had to be emptied daily. Tizku L’mitzvot!
