Shulamith at hall of science

The second grade had a marvelous time on their recent trip to the New York Hall of Science. 

They saw the film “The Little Giants” about a chipmunk, his environment, and his survival techniques.

The girls also participated in a hands-on workshop on physical science, in which they were split into groups and had to create a track for a golf ball out of the varied materials they were given.

In addition to the film an workshop, the second graders enjoyed an interactive exhibit on space.
